OTP not received

Please follow below process for Refunds of cancelled or waitlisted tickets.

  1. Click on Rail option and then on "Cancellation History"
  2. Select the PNR and Click on 'Verify Refund OTP'
  3. Update the OPT that is received on passengers mobile number and click update.
  4. Refund processed successfully.
  5. Note that Refund procedure has been change by IRCTC.
